Commercial Finance

While lending nowadays is difficult to obtain, it is not impossible, especially commercial lending. We have recently obtained commercial lending for a unit in Galway with LTV of 75%. This commercial mortgage was for a business in rural Galway, which is looking to expand.

There are banks providing finance for business and for specific properties. It is also possible to get refinancing deals for clients of other Commercial Banks at present. We have direct contact with these commercial lenders and can get a rapid response for you.

Commercial Lending is available and refinancing is available for commercial property finance. A commercial loan from a commercial bank is not as readily available as before, but finance for business once it can provide evidence that it can repay the loan facility is available.
