Bank Negotiating

At present we are involved with a number of clients looking to negotiate with their banks. There is lots of talk in the marketplace at present that various Irish banks are doing deals. We are working with a number of clients on this basis at present and have held numerous meetings with Banks.

If you have a commercial loan facility with AIB, NIB, ACCBank, Bank of Scotland and are wondering if they are doing deals on loan facilities, contact us and we may be able to advise you.

We also have direct access to other Banks in Ireland and we can advise you on their position. We can prepare professional proposals to assist you with bank negotiations and to provide you with critical information on the procedures necessary to maximise a successful outcome.

Commercial Loans or Business Loans are under review in all banks and we believe that Banks will provide deals in some shape or form in the future.

Banks we are working with at present are AIB, ACCBank (RaboBank), NIB, Bank of Scotland (Certus), Ulster Bank, Bank of Ireland, KBC and Anglo Irish Bank.
