Primary Care Centres

Primary Care Centres are the future of community medicine in Ireland. This is an area of growth and Primary Care Units are one area where finance can be obtained from Irish Banks. We also have a number of investors who are interested in Primary Care Centre Projects.

We are currently involved in 2 Primary care Centres which are 2 different stages. Our experience involves the organising of the project from greenfield to completed unit. We project manage the whole development, with contact with experienced professionals and access to funding. We have dealings with the HSE and are aware of what they desire in Primary Care Units and what locations they want to place them in.

Primary Care Centres finance is available in Ireland and there are also private investors available in the market. Funding for Primary Care Units can be obtained directly through banks, or from an equity partner or direct investment. Our clientele include investors who have funds available specfically for Primary Care Centres.
